Abstract (EN)

With the raising of competition and become globally after 1950?s in the tourism industry, lodging enterprises has striven for success in order to continue their existence by applying many modern management techniques. Within this period organizational health became a vital factor in the scope of lodging enterprises? success. Basically denoted as ?adaptation of an enterprise to its environment, creating a harmony among workers and the ability of reaching its objectives? organizational health has begun to search densely, especially as a result of dynamic competition conditions. On the other hand, transformational leadership behaviors required in order to establish a healthy organization. Thus, to establish organization healthy, it?s necessary to evaluate comprehensively the effects of transformational leadership behaviors on organizational health. Within this scope, it?s been evaluated the effects of transformational leadership behaviors on organizational health in thermal lodging enterprises that facilitate in Afyonkarahisar.As a result of the research it?s been assigned that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership behaviors and organizational health, and also there is a significant relationship among all subdimensions.
