A research directed to application degree ofsocial security rights in hotel enterprises

One of the leading labor intensive sectors is hotel enterprises that have non-stop service, and infeasible to apply automation system. Ever-changing technology, immediate availability to service and supply and increasing customer expectations are getting more difficult to conditions of competition day by day. Hence, hotel enterprises need to provide higher quality, faster and low cost service due to fulfill customer expectations, orient to changing conditions of competition and right positioning. It is undeniable truth that employees are the most important factor for providing this production. So, it is extremely important to ensure that the social security rights of employees and to give all chances for better moral and motivation degree of them from the point of success and continuity of hotel enterprises and getting expected degree of the provided service. Obtaining employees satisfaction in every respect and delivering to social security rights to them will bring together to customer satisfaction. This study is a research for application of social securit rights of employees who work in hotel enterprises in Gaziantep City. In this research, opinions about social security rights of employees who work in hotel enterprises in Gaziantep were examined. The data collected by the survey questionnaire and applied to employees who work in hotel enterprises in Gaziantep. Situation of social security rights of employees who work in hotel enterprises evaluated in accordance with these opinions. However, the hotel management 's views on the rights of employees to social security and in terms of the variables that are gender, level of education, age, seniority and star status of hotels, whether or not statistically significant differences were determined.
