Abstract (EN)
With the rapidly developing technology, in today's modern life, people compete against the time and prefer the faster one. While the density of air traffic was increasing at an exponential rate until a year ago, flights around the world have also decreased significantly as a result of the decrease in mobility due the epidemic COVID-19 disease that has spread all over the world. However, at the end of this epidemic, it is not very difficult to predict that the density of air traffic will continue from where it left off. With the increase in air traffic, the airspace is needed to be used by more aircrafts. However, it was predicted that radars would be insufficient for future air traffic surveillance and it was decided to develop a new system. As a result, the ADS-B(Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) system has been designed, which allows air traffic to be monitored by both air traffic controllers and pilots during cruise, air transportation bocome safer and airspace can be used by more aircraft. Within the scope of this thesis, it is aimed to inform the air traffic controller about the aircrafts that pose a risk in terms of the safety of air traffic by using only the data obtained from ADS-B messages. In this study, both a unique simulation environment for generating ADS-B messages and a unique ADS-B message parser software have been developed.
