Abstract (EN)
This research, which aims to determine the opinions of consumers about the effect of attitudes towards private label products on customer loyalty, is a research in quantitative data based screening model. Aksaray province was chosen as the study universe in the study. The population of Aksaray province is calculated as 2015 TIK inputs (α = 386.514). (α = 0.05), the sample size was determined as 0.05 sample error p = 0.5 and confidence interval q = 0.5. It was thought that a sample group of individuals (n = 384) could represent at a level of 0.05 significance and 5% tolerance. As a data collection tool, the only scale that measures attitudes towards customer branded products and customer loyalty is used. Overall, the survey found that women and married customers had a high level of customer loyalty, that housewives had a high attitude towards private label products, that they had attitudes towards private label products, and that customer loyalty positively and significantly affected sixty percent.
