Relationship between the students who educated at a boarding highschool both daytime and boarding education and percieved parents support level

This research has been made with the aim of observing the relationship between the students who educated at a high school with hostel both in daytime and boarding education and percieved parents support level. İn accordance with this purpose it's observed that whether there is a meaningful differentiation between percieved parents support and depression leve according to mentioned students' school type, number of siblings, sex, family situation if there is anyone who has medical or psychological distress in the family or not, parents' education level, parent's occupation, parents' ıncome rate, being alive, students' academical success level and students' education type-daytime or boording-. This research is consist of the students who study at a highschool with hostel, staying with their families or studying boarding schools in 2016-2017 education year in Gaziantep.Sample of this research has been formed with 494 students containing 268 daytime and 226 boarding school education students from various highschool with hostel at 9th, 10th, 11th grade… in this study; in order to determine the demographics that students have, personel information form, Beck Depression Inventory and Percieved Family Support Scale(PSS-fa). Finally, it has been seen that there has been a meaningful differentiation between the percieved parents support and students' educated in a highschool with hostel, having their own house, staying with their own parent, education level of their own parents and parents' income rate and there has been a meaningless differentiation among the other factors. And there has been a meaningfull differentiation between the symptoms of depression and mentioned students in terms of their sex, living in their own house, class level, dwelling place, their mother's education level, their father's job, number of siblings and income situation and there has been a meaningless differentiation among the other variables.
