The effect of choosing the sample on the estimator in Pareto distribution

In this study, firstly, methods of producing samples from a certain distribution were given. After then, new methods were investigated for generate scattered samples. As a result; samples were produced from the Pareto distribution using old and new methods. The parameter estimates were made with the maximum likelihood method using these samples. These estimated parameters were compared with the parameters used to create the sample and better results were obtained in the samples created with the new method.
