Abstract (EN)

In first experimental step, (aryl/alkyl)-1,2,4-triazole-5(4H)-one (3-12) derivatives bearing N-bridged cyclic system including acidic proton at N1 position were converted from ester functional compounds (13-21) with ethyl bromo acetate to carboxylic acid derivatives(22-30) with the base action. In addition, acylchloride derivatives(34) were synthesized from carboxylic acid derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazol with oxaylchloride. As a result, final compounds (35a,b; 36a; 37a; 38a,b), which is new types of insecticidant, namely diacylhdrazines bearing 1,2,4-triazoles well-known the best of antifungal, antibacterial keys, was obtained from the reaction tert-butyl-4-fluorobenzoyl hydrazine(a) and tert-butyl-4-methoxybenzoyl hydrazine(b) synthesized according to literature with acylchloride derivatives(34).The other part of step, 5-bromo-, 3-methyl- and thiophene carboxaldehyde derivatives, was reacted with 1,2,4-triazol-amino compounds(40,41), respectively, and then novel compounds containing 1,2,4-triazol-acetylene derivatives (44(c-e), 45(c-e)) were synthesized, by reacting propargyl bromide, starting from the new shiff bases (42(c-e), 43(c-e)) bearing acidic proton at N1 position. As target molecules 46-49(c-e) containing 1,2,3-triazol derivatives were synthesizedwith 4-chlorobenzyl azide and 4-bromo benzyl azide via copper(I)-catalyzed click chemistry. İn this thesis, Synthesised all target/final compounds which could be considered hybrid drug were studied docking and bioassay studies against Leptinotarsa decemlineata and Curculio elephas etc.
