Abstract (EN)
Fuel cells that use hydrogen stored at high pressure as fuel are PEM type fuel cells. High power density and low weight are the most important features that distinguish the PEM fuel cell from other fuel cells. In this thesis, the catalyst layer used in the PEM type fuel cell was modeled using the MATLAB@Simulink program. The voltage loss due to the reactions occurring in the catalyst layer was obtained as a function of temperature and current.
