Abstract (EN)
In recent years companies reach the customer with different sales channels and as a consequence that different marketing channels have emerged. First of all the single-channel transitions multi-channel. And then multi-channel transitions cross channel and finally, omni-channel emerges. At present customers would like to buy and reach the requested products and services whenever they want and wherever they want. At the same time, the customers would like to have an uninterrupted shopping experience among these channels. The customers can shop any channels which they want. The customers can continue shopping from where they left off whenever they want as well as a differentiated and customized experience. Owing to omni-channels, customers can continue shopping which they have started through other channels and to provide ending the shopping with third channels. The omni-channel provides the consumers a smooth, peerless and perfect shopping experience through many channels. The omni-channel provides the customers with a perfect shopping experience so it plays an important role in the consumers repurchasing intention.
