Abstract (EN)

The most important problems of today enterprises is to maximize their employees performances. Performance management is a systematic management tool to provide employees notice their potential and to get more effective results consisting of determining, evaluating, feedback and awarding steps.In this 21. Century era, rapid development of data processing and communication sectors and because of the free trade politics arising from global business enterprises have abolished the economical borders and changed the local competition into global competition. In this intense competitive conditions, the business enterprises have to work active and productive in order to continue their existences.This study analyse the productivity and wage relationship of the performance evaluation system. Employees form the most important dimension of productivity in the enterprise. Today, lots of enterprises, that understood the importance of human factors in increasing the business profits, use the Performance evaluation systems to increase the success and development of their employees in their jobs. Performance Evaluation systems helps to determine wage policy, to determine strategic plans in short and long terms, to prepare status and career plans in enterprise, to determine training plans, to decide managerial decisions like dismissing, rotation or enrichment of the employees. So many organisations today reevaluate the wage practices that decided from work and position dependant for their managers and employees. Wage systems that depends on the performance is very important at that point. Wage systems related with performance studies takes an important role in giving success of the employees in a fair way, increase the motivation and increase the connection of the workers to their job.
