In order not to fall behind their competitors and to grow their businesses, businesses that want to meet these expectations should train qualified employees and give them authority, responsibility and autonomy. Employees who take responsibility within the business adopt the goals and objectives of the business and develop their loyalty to the business and their work. The epidemics and natural disasters that have recently emerged in our country and around the world have once again revealed the importance of the health sector. In the health sector, which is the most important service sector, qualified employees who are committed to their work and the business are of vital importance. For this reason, businesses desire employees who have developed emotional attachment to the organization. Another important point in keeping up with global change is the presence of personnel who follow innovation and lead innovation. The existence of an innovation climate in the business is extremely important for the formation of innovative personnel.
