Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, composition analysis of the essential oil obtained by distillation and the extract obtained by chloroform extraction of fruit, leaf, stem parts of Phytolacca americana L. were performed. Structure of 82 pieces natural compounds have been identified; 2(1-methylvinyl)thiophene (25,6%) compound of fruit essential oil, hexadecanoic acid (24,43%) compound of fruit chloroform extracts, (E)-2-Hexenal (11,58%) compound of leaf essential oil, hexadecanoic acid (16,87%) compound of leaf chloroform extracts, hexadecanoic acid (14,95%) compound of stem essential oil, hexadecanoic acid (15,86%) compound of stem chloroform extracts have been identified as major components.
