The aim of this research is; The aim of this study is to examine the effects of pilates and kegel exercises on instant-continuous anxiety levels of pregnant women and fecal and urinary incontinence in the postpartum period. Experimental research model, one of the quantitative research models, was used in the research. 67 pregnant women in the Pilates exercise group (PEG) n=24, Kegel exercise group (KEG)n=22, and Control group (KG)n=21 were included in the study with the purposive method. Scales were applied to the groups before and after the exercises, and the data obtained were analyzed with the SPSS 22.00 package program by applying categorical and descriptive statistics. In conclusion; It was determined that there was a significant difference between the state and trait anxiety in-group values of the groups before and after the exercise. When the state anxiety changes between the groups were examined, it was determined that PEG had a positive difference compared to CEG and CG, and a positive difference for KEG compared to CG. While there was no statistically significant difference between PEG and KEG in trait anxiety change scores, it was found that PEG and CEG had a positive significant difference compared to KG. It was observed that there was a significant decrease between the groups' Urinary and Fecal Incontinence 1st and 3rd month in-group scores. While there was a significant difference between the groups in urinary incontinence 1st month and 3rd month score changes according to PEG's KG, it was determined that there was no statistically significant difference between PEG and KEG, and between KEG and KG. It was determined that there was no significant difference between the 1st month and 3rd month point changes of fecal incontinence between the groups. A positive significant difference was found between the groups' urinary incontinence quality of life scale 1st month scores and 3rd month score changes. In urinary incontinence quality of life changes between groups; It was determined that PEG had a difference according to KEG and CG, and KEG compared to CG. While there was a significant difference between PEG and KEG between the 1st month and 3rd month score changes within the group for fecal incontinence, there was no significant difference in CG. It was determined that the difference in fecal incontinence quality of life score changes between the groups was significant for PEG according to KEG and KG, and for KEG according to CG.
