Abstract (EN)
Energy, one of the most important factors in the development of countries, is one of the basic requirements for the continuation of life. In order to ensure this continuity, countries are also struggling to deal with each other in political and economic terms. The natural gas pipeline project is a large-scale project aiming at the construction of systems for the transportation of natural gas from the country of origin to other countries. The main purpose of such large and complex projects is to protect the health of workers and employers, to create a safe working environment for employees, to minimize the risks arising from the work and working environment. If it is not possible to eliminate these risks, risk assessments should be made in accordance with specific occupational health and safety standards and work to minimize the risks. In this study, it is aimed to develop a new method differs from the traditional risk assessment methods which have come from the past. Initially, a two-dimensional (2D) risk matrix method was applied and a Pythagorean fuzzy set TOPSIS method was applied to prioritize the hazards identified in the first step of the risk assessment. The fuzzy model has been used for the cleaning and gradingof the natural gas pipeline construction project.
