Özet (EN)

Today there are different types of flooring in the construction sector. Because of the architectural aspects in large buildings, without beams are used. The void slabs, which are the last example of uneven flooring are preferred due to their openness and weight. In this study, the advantages, disadvantages, modelling and cost analysis of void slabs compared to other types of flooring are discussed in six sections. In the first section, the previous studies and result about the void slab were mentioned. In the second part, the minimum heights, moment calculations, advantages and usage areas of beam slabs, flat slabs, casette slabs are mentioned. In the third chapter, special applications in beamless slabs, flanged flat slab, arched and void flat slabs systems are mentioned, and properties of these systems and punching strength calculations are discussed. In addition, the blind mold properties and installation used in the flooring are mentioned. In the fourth chapter, 560 numerical analysis models have been created under five different moving loads in 16 different openings in single and double direction in beam plate, void, asmolene, casette slabs. As a result, it was seen that void slabs were more advantageous as the amount of clearance and load increased. In the fifth chapter, it is shown how a building with void slabs can be modeled using safe program. Then the shear strength, bending strength, punching strength, deflection values, reinforcement areas are shown with graphs. In the last section, the results are evaluated and some suggestions are presented about the hollow floor.
