Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine how justice is handled in Plato's Politeia (State), Politikos (Statesman) and Nomoi (Laws) and how it is surrounded in terms of real politics. In our study, it has been determined whether the ideal state will be realized, what to do if it cannot be realized, how justice should be perceived in Plato, and whether there are contradictory situations in the aforementioned works. Is justice good for the strong? Our study, which we have shaped around the question of, is aimed at determining whether justice depends on a cause-effect relationship and whether it changes in any condition and situation. The basic principle of administration and justice, the governed relations in the ideal state, whether the lot, merit or competence is a criterion in the election of the administrator, the organismist state understander, the manager and the council relations in the states in question, whether the ideal state or the second best state is the product of a revolution. whether the ruler has legitimacy and how he should come of age, whether the aforementioned states are doomed to corruption, whether the state systems put forward by Plato are the product of imagination, were examined by taking into account all of the works of Politeia, Politikos and Nomoi. The aim of the subjects we touched on in the texts is to save individuals from the trap of the visible and the delusion of the invisible. We have introduced the person who can get rid of them as the pointable state of justice. Because this guide got rid of the traps and shackles of the visible world with the end of the philosophia activity, and made it understandable by interpreting the meaningless codes of the invisible world by the masses. In our study, we came to the conclusion that the guide in question would harmonize a whole chaotic state with this ability. In our study, we deduced that Plato did not create change, transformation or an evolution by paying attention to platonic gestures together with the dramatic approach, but on the contrary, he produced different solutions for different problems. Our study is important in terms of revealing who will make the ideal and second best state systems put forward by Plato applicable, how and under what conditions, and examining the works of Politeia, Politikos and Nomoi together. The three works in question are also important in terms of how they are evaluated in terms of real politics, whether they have undergone a transformation, and how they should be evaluated if there is a transformation.
