Abstract (EN)
In this study a gold electrode modified by the electropolymerization of methylene blue. Molecular imprinting of acetylsalicylic acid in the conductor film was done by electropolymerization in an acetylsalicylic acid containing media. Electrochemical properties of Poly(Methlylene blue) and acetylsalicylic acid imprinted poly(Methylene blue) modified electrodes were studied by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiometry techniques. Changes in impedance spectra and potentials of acetylsalicylic acid imprinted poly(Methylene blue) modified electrode have been determined in acetylsalicylic acid solutions. The potantiometric response of the modified electrode has a linear characteristic thus it is shown that it can be used as a sensor for acetylsalicylic acid.
