Abstract (EN)
In this study a glassy carbon electrode modified by the electropolymerization of methylene blue. Molecular imprinting of ribavirine in the conductor film was done by electropolymerization in a ribavirine containing media. Electrochemical properties of Poly(Methlylene blue) and ribavirine imprinted poly(Methylene blue) modified electrodes were studied by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiometry techniques. Changes in impedance spectra and potentials of ribavirine imprinted poly(Methylene blue) modified electrode have been determined in ribavirine solutions. The potantiometric response of the modified electrode has a linear characteristic thus it is shown that it can be used as a sensor for ribavirine.
