Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to determine the species belonging to the Papilionoidea and Hesperioidea superfamilies of Polonezköy and Cumhuriyet village. The study was carried out at 10 different stations in June, July and August of 2019. At the end of this study, a total of 42 species and 6 families were identified, including 11 from the Argynnidae family, 7 from the Hesperiidae family, 6 from the Lycaenidae family, 7 from the Papilionidae family, 7 from the Pieridae family and 9 from the Satyridae family. English names are given in addition to Turkish names of all species identified. The distributions in Turkey and in the world are given. Distributions in Turkey is shown by the maps. In addition, a number of body measurements such as wingspan, body length and forewing width are presented in this study.
