Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, composition analysis of the essential oil obtained by distillation and the extract obtained by chloroform extraction of flower and leaf parts of Primula vulgaris HUDS. subsp. sibthorpii (HOFFMANSS) W. W. SM. & FORREST (Primulaceae) were performed. Structure of 69 pieces natural compounds have been identified; hexadecanoic acid (27.63%) compound of leaf essential oil, flavone (48.45% ) compound of leaf chloroform extracts, tricosenes (37.03%) compound of flower essential oil, tricosenes (16.69%) compound of flower extracts have been identified as major components.
