Evaluation of the development level and development measures of the country results of the pisa exam

In this thesis study, the degree of development of countries and the contribution of development criteria to internationally applied PISA examinations were investigated. The PISA is an international research that assesses the extent to which students in the age group of 15 years have the basic knowledge and skills they have acquired during their education. PISA also provides students with reading, science, mathematics skill points and personal information about the family, school and student who can unders-tand these scores. When we look at the general distribution of PISA results, it can be seen that the countries have three groups, one having the average score, the one above and below the average. In our study, the number of articles published in OECD member countries such as Austria, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Hungary, Japan, Fin-land, Korea and UK published in Science and Technical journals, life expectancy in birth, The number of researchers, the percentage of graduates from doctoral and equal programs, the expenditures made from the primary school to the university as a whole, the expenditures on education institutions as a percentage of GDP for all education le-vels, the internet usage as % of the population, the unemployment rates for the men gra-duated from college, Features such as per capita energy use (equivalent to kilograms of oil), per capita health expenditures, purchasing power parity, high technology exports (as % of production), and domestic patent applications were analyzed by the method of "correlation analysis" and interpreted.
