Abstract (EN)

The ongoing development of computers and other technological systems in global order has significantly affected the business life of the enterprises. Technological development, besides reducing the need for human resources; the relationship of the employee with the business and the psychological state has made it insignificant. Buda employees; In this case, the efficiency (in the case of the impellers of the wheel; the disruption of a tooth affects the whole system) prepares the ground for it to fall. In this study; In order to investigate the mediating role of individual-organizational harmony in the impact of the psychological capital dimensions on the intention to quit, we used the survey method. As a result, it was found that individual-organization harmony had a full mediating role in the impact of psychological capital dimensions on the intention to leave the optimism. According to demographic variables; It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the position variable and intention to quit - between the monthly income variable and the intention to quit the job - a significant relationship between the hope dimension of psychological capital and the monthly income variable. As a result, it was understood that the level of showing individuals-organization adaptation levels increased with high level of optimism. In the name of an individual's sense of belonging and harmony to the organization; In cases where there is a tendency to leave the job, training of individuals to improve organizational cohesion will positively affect the acquisition and the psychology of the employee.
