Abstract (EN)

Blood pressure is a very important health data for human health and plays a major role in the formation of hypertension, which is commonly seen today. For this reason, monitoring of blood pressure has become a very important situation. Today, continuous blood pressure monitoring is done with invasive methods. Non-invasive traditional blood pressure measurement methods have a cuff structure and are not suitable for continuous blood pressure measurement. The aim of our thesis study is to develop a highly accurate non-invasive innovative method for continuous blood pressure measurement. In this context, an innovative system based on flexible piezoelectric sensors is proposed. Our thesis study consists of three parts. In the first part, the sensor system used in the thesis study, which collects simultaneous electrocardiogram (ECG), photoplethysmogram (PPG) and pulseplethysmogram (PuPG) signals, was developed. In the second part, a data set was created with the developed sensor system. In the third part, the estimation of blood pressure with the created data set was performed with various regression and ANN models using PTT parameters, PPG wave parameters and PuPG wave parameters proposed by us, which are frequently used in the literature. In this study, the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) value was obtained as 2.076 mmHg for systolic blood pressure (SBP) and 1.641 mmHg for diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and this error parameter was compared with the literature.
