Q-yönlendirme metodu kulllanrak fiber yolakların belirnlenmesi

In this study, it is suggested to use the Q-routing method to the diffusion MR fiber tractography problem. Within that way, it is expected to achieve the robustness of global methods while still utilizing the advantages of local streamline methods by taking into account the whole cost of the path rather just local orientations. The suggested Q-routing based approach is assessed using the FiberCup and ISMRM 2015 dataset, a diffusion phantom that simulates the fiber connections of the human cerebral white matter. It showed slightly better results in ismrm 2015 dataset. The outcomes demonstrate the method's potential to the diffusion MR fiber tractography issue.
