Abstract (EN)

In this work it has been aimed to reveal the level of the work satisfaction of the Guidance Counselors. It has been examined how high is the work satisfaction of the guidance counselors who are working at schools associated to Ministry of National Education during their employment period and also which internal or external factors has influenced the mentioned situation to come out. These demographic variations have been inspected with different dimensions and during this examination, the reflections of demographic differences on work satisfaction of guidance counselors have been taken into consideration. The research is a comparison type scanning model. The Minnesota work satisfaction scale which applied to sample group of guidance counselors working in Aksaray province has been concluded and the level of work satisfaction of guidance counselors in Aksaray has been revealed. In this research, the Minnesota work satisfaction scale and personal information form has been implemented to the designated sample group and the obtained data has been analyzed with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 23).
