Examining the authority choises and leadership skills of the individuals who take the recreation education

The purpose of this study; is to examine whether it shows differences or not of the authority perceptions and leadership skills of the individuals who take the recreation education. The 250 individuals who take the recreation education and the 250 individuals who don't take the recreation education participated in the research. In this research,firstly present literature scanning was made and informations about the subject was given. In this research,multifactor self-leadership scale and authorithy perception scale used for determine the individual's leadership skills and authority perception. SPSS 22 IBM statistics packaged software used for evaluating and calculating the acquired data. As a result of analysis;examining the relevance between self-leadership and authority in terms of the individuals who take and who don't take the recreation education;it is located that there has been a significant degree crrelation that the individuals who take recreation education. Accrding to this correlation,as the points increase related to self-leadership;the authority increases and as the self-leadership points decrease the authority decreases as well. In spite of that,it is located that there is no correlation between the self-leadership sub-dimensions,total points and the authority points of the subjects who don't take the recreation education. Consequently,we can say that the recration education is an important factor which affecting the emergence and usability of leadership skills and authority choices.
