Ratio of renewable energy resources in energy consumption in developed and developing countries has been rising. Increasing worldwide usage of renewable energies brings significant technological advancements in this domain. In this thesis, outlook and future expectations of successful countries in a usage of renewable energies have been observed and suggestions have been proposed toward what can be done to increase the potential of Turkey in the sector.
