Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the aim is to investigate the extent to which the structural parameters in the existing buildings, examined according to the calculation methods of the Principles for the Detection of Risky Buildings (RYTEIE), affect the risk levels. In the analyses conducted using the finite element method, real structures, and sample models are examined using RYTEIE calculation methods to assess the risks associated with concrete, steel reinforcement, and structural irregularities, as well as to determine the levels of these risks. Additionally, the necessity of classifying risky structures according to their risk levels is examined.
