A study on Sadettin Kaplan's poems

In this study, knowledge about Sadettin Kaplan's life, personality, worldview, art and culture environment, and understanding of art and poetry is given and his poetry is discussed based on the analysis of his poetry books in terms of structure and content. This thesis titled as "A Study on Sadettin Kaplan's Poems" consists of four parts. In the first part, Sadettin Kaplan's life, personality and worldview, art and culture environment; In the second part, knowledge about his art and works, and in the third part, his understanding of poetry is given. The fourth chapter, in which poetry books are examined in terms of form and content, constitutes the examination part of the thesis. In line with the results obtained from the thematic analysis in this section, it has been tried to draw attention to the characteristics and poesy of Kaplan's poems. In the conclusion part, the place of Kaplan's poetry, one of the independent representatives of Islamic discourse in the post-1980 period, which is the aim of the thesis, in the world of literature, is presented with the findings determined through the data obtained in the study.
