Sagital Servikal Dizilim Bozukluğu Olan Masa Başı Çalışanlarda Klinik Pilates ile Ev Egzersiz Programlarının Etkinliği: Randomize Karşılaştırmalı Çalışma

Özet (TR)
The aim of this study was to compare the effects of clinical pilates exercises (CPE) and home exercise program (HEP) on postural disorders (PD), the strength and endurance of the cervical muscles, cervical range of motion (ROM), pain intensity, functional disability, cervical joint position sense (JPS) and muscle shortness in desk workers with sagittal cervical disorientation. The participants (n=46) with sagittal cervical disorientation who work at private and public institutions, in the age range of 30-60 years were randomly divided into CPE and HEP groups. In addition, “Neck Health” seminar was given to both groups at the beginning of the exercise education. Photography method was used evaluate PD. Dynamometer (Hand Held Dynamometer; Lafayette Instrument Company, Lafayette, Indiana) was used to assess muscle strength of the cervical muscles. Biofeedback pressure unit (Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback-Chattanooga Stabilizer) was used to asses strength and endurance values of the deep cervical flexors (DCF) The inclinometer (baseline bubble inclinometer) was used to evaluate the cervical ROM and the eyes open-closed JPS. Endurance tests were used to asses the cervical flexor and extensor muscles’ endurance. The cervical pain intensity during resting and activity were evaluated by Visual Analog Scale (VAS). The Neck Disability Index (NDI) was used to assess the functional disability. Pectoral muscle group and shoulder Adductor and İnternal rotator muscles shortness were evaluated by muscle shortness test. There was no difference between the groups in terms of cervical muscle strength, flexor and extensor muscle endurance, ROM, VAS, NDI and muscle shortness parameters after treatments (all p’s > 0,05). After treatment, craniovertebral angle, head tilt angle and cervicothoracic angle, DCF’s strength and endurance values were statistically significant in favor of CPE and sensetion of the closed eyes right JPS was significantly different in favor of the HEP (p<0,05). It was concluded that stabilization based CPE was important in correcting PD of desk workers with sagittal cervical disorientation and CPE and HEP were not superior to each other in other parameters and effective treatment approaches can be use in the rehabilitation programs.
