Abstract (EN)

Measurement Of Job Productivity Level Related To Motivation İn Health Workers And Factors Affecting Motivation This study was carried out cross-sectionally in order to measure the motivational factors related to motivation and todetermine the factors affecting motivation in health care workers in Kırklareli State Hospitals. Between July 2018 and January 2019, 208 volunteer health personel participated in thestudy (35 specialistn physicians, 8 general practitioners, 101 nurses, 27 midwives, 8 health officers, 8 anesthesia technician, 11medicallaboratoriestechnician, 10 x-ray technicians). In order to obtain the data, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, JSS Job Satisfaction Scale and employee information form were used. Data were analyzed in ibm spss statistic 22.0 program and p<0.005 was considered statistically significant fort he results. 66.3% of the participants are female, 33.7% are male. 28.8% of the participants are between 25-29 ages, 57.2% of participants are married, 47.6% have no child. I tik know that 41.3% of the respondents have insufficient Professional income. According to the data obtained; gender, age, occupation and duration of the profession, having a child were the factors affecting motivation(p<0.005). The overall job satisfaction scale of Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale is calculated as 3.14=0.63, the mean score of external saturation is 2.64=0.73 and the mean score of internal satisfaction is 3.47=0.67. The average size of the JSS job satisfaction scale is 3.69 and the Standard deviation is 0.30. According to Minnesota job satisfaction scale data; the expression which has the highest average in internal satisfaction sub-dimensions is the option "in terms of having the opportunity to do something forothers" when the answers given according to the jss satisfaction scale were examined, it was the job and the colleagues that had the highest average and satisfaction level compared to the other sub-dimensions. According to the results of there search, it was observed that the motivation level of the health personel was changed according to the socio-demographic factors and the incentives offered by the working environment.
