Abstract (EN)

In order to achieve success in organizations, the organizational performance of employees, the leadership support of leaders, and the information security created by employees and leaders are of critical importance. Ensuring information security is not only the duty of the relevant organization but also its legal responsibility. Leaders also have significant responsibilities regarding this issue. In order to increase organizational performance, they should provide leadership support to their employees in every aspect, and on the other hand, they should make plans and programs for taking precautions and security measures. In this study, information security culture was tried to be explained in detail and what needs to be done to ensure information security was discussed, then the subject of organizational performance was examined from a broad perspective and its dimensions were tried to be explained. The subject of leader support, which is followed, was tried to be explained meaningfully within a wide conceptual network. All subjects were tried to be explained by a literature review containing domestic and foreign sources. In this context, a systematic review and research of the existing literature was carried out. The relevant literature was scanned using keywords from databases and the articles obtained were examined in terms of methodological approaches, findings, and theoretical contributions. In the research section, the data obtained from the surveys filled out by 434 participants working in public or private health institutions in Mersin province were included in the analyses and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS package programs. As a result; this study systematically presents the current knowledge on information security culture, organizational performance and leader support. The research has determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between information security culture and organizational performance in health institutions and that leader support has a mediating role in this process. This study provides the basis for further research, also identifies gaps in the field and offers suggestions for future work.
