A research on human resources practices in health institutuons: The case of Gaziantep

In this review, it has been investigated whether human resources practices have an effect on the health institution. Analyzes were made according to the results of the questionnaire applied to 1055 health personnel, and they were combined with the literature research and interpreted. The examples and importance of the practices in human resources in the health sector are discussed. In the first and second parts of this master's thesis, a literature study was conducted. In the first chapter, the concepts related to health are explained. These concepts, health, health institution, health service, the characteristics of health service are explained in a general way. In the second part, the concept of personnel, personnel management, the history of personnel management are examined and explained in detail. In the third chapter, the relationship between human resources, human resource management concepts and practices in the health sector, its purpose, etc. has been examined. In this section, the purpose, method, constraints, research model and hypotheses of the research are given. Finally, the results and recommendations of the research are given.
