Abstract (EN)

The survival of all organizations in the competitive environment created by increasing effectiveness and efficiency depends on the strengthening of human resources, as well as increasing the job satisfaction levels of the personnel who make up the human resources, and the existence of organizational support and organizational ethical climate. The aim of this study is to reveal the effect of organizational ethical climate on job satisfaction in health institutions and the mediating role of organizational support in this process. In this context, a systematic review and research of the existing literature was carried out. The relevant literature was scanned using keywords from databases and the resulting articles were examined in terms of methodological approaches, findings and theoretical contributions. In the research part, the survey filled out by 426 participants working in public or private health institutions in Adana was included in the analysis and the data obtained was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS package programs. In conclusion; This study systematically presents the current body of knowledge regarding organizational ethical climate, job satisfaction, and organizational support. The research found that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational ethical climate and staff job satisfaction in health institutions, and that organizational support has a mediating role in this process. This study lays the foundation for further research, while also identifying gaps in the field and providing recommendations for future work.
