Abstract (EN)

Human who is the most honorable creature, has a perfect body and soul structure. God has equipped people with emotions that will shape their spiritual structure. The person who is given the authority of control needs to manage the emotions correctly in order to lead a happy life. In this sense, the most beautiful guide is the Prophet. We based our study on Sahih al-Buhari and Sahih Muslim, which are known as Sahihayn in Islamic literature and are accepted as the most reliable hadith books. The issue of emotion and emotion management has been examined in the hadiths in order to contribute to the solution of the problems that occur in spiritual and vital balance by neglecting the emotional aspect of modern man. Our study consists of an introduction and three main sections. In the introduction part, the concepts of emotion and emotion management are examined from a general perspective and these concepts are tried to be defined and made sense of. In the first part, the emotional equipment of the Prophet is evaluated through the competencies that are affected by emotions. In the second part, the relationship between emotion and behaviour is examined in the light of hadiths, the effects of emotions in daily life are revealed and an attempt is made to analyze how emotions guide thoughts and behaviors. The answer to the question "How would the Prophet manage emotions in such a situation?" is sought. Emotion management strategies implemented by rasul Allah in personal and social relations are tried to be conveyed in a way that today's people can take as a model. The main theme of the last chapter is the relationship between emotion and belief in the light of hadiths. By evaluating the positive effect of belief on emotions, psychological solutions are offered for the peaceful individual and the peaceful society.
