Armenian activities run to the summit in the years of1914-1915. Şebinkarahisar Armenian revolt which is prepared in the long time, to staged inthe year of 1915; the reason and the first clues of the revolt aprovece in order to the historicalevolutions in this study. In this years Armenian activities have seen in the region, not onlyŞebinkarahisar and Giresun. This events don?t prevent in the first years of First World Warand Armenian Migration Statute publish in the year of 1915. In the result of this study, at hasbeen registered that the Armenian revolt in Şebinkarahisar and the other Armenian activitiesare planned very earlier on, and also this is determind by the true justifications of themigration decision.
