Abstract (EN)
In democratic countries, political parties or candidates come to power or administration through elections. With the transition to the multi-party period, many political parties and candidates are in constant competition with each other in order to have a say in the administration. Political parties and candidates should be able to handle the relevant governing power. As a result of the continuous and effective use of political marketing activities, political parties or candidates can achieve these goals. In order to achieve an effective and successful result in political marketing processes, the phenomenon of continuous change today should be taken into account and innovations in marketing understanding should be adapted to the political field. The equivalent of the concept of consumer in traditional marketing in political marketing is the concept of voter. Contrary to traditional marketing, in political marketing, voters do not buy a net asset that can be expressed with any concrete fact in the purchasing processes regarding their preferences (choices). In a sense, voters have a purchasing agent, which is expressed as "votes" in value changes expressed in "money". The measurement of the satisfaction level of the consumers in political marketing in return for the product takes a long time, not instant or short-term. The aim of this study is to share the findings of the voter evaluations obtained as a result of a semi-structured interview process planned on a qualitative basis, which was prepared in order to define the political perspectives of the voters in the post-election period and to evaluate their political satisfaction in a comprehensive way. In the study; 40 people residing in Kırklareli province were determined as the sample. The 10 questions in the semi-structured interview/interview form were conveyed to the voters and evaluated using the direct quotation method in the findings section. The results of the interpretation of the findings are discussed in the last part of the study. In addition, the study is completed by listing the contributions and suggestions of the study in the relevant section. As of the findings of the study, it is aimed to contribute to the literature on political marketing and voter behavior.
