Abstract (EN)
In this study, the removal efficiencies obtained on the basis of some important environmental parameters such as chemical oxygen demand (COD), Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Total Nitrogen (TN), Total Phosphorus (TP) in the synthetically prepared domestic wastewater using P. Chrysosporium white rot fungus. investigated and it was determined whether the results of bioremediation were appropriate according to the Urban Wastewater Treatment Regulation. The study was conducted at static 1/1, 1/5 and Dynamic 1/1, 1/5 dilution ratios and lasted 11 days in total. As a result of the study, the highest removal efficiencies were found to be 84, 81, 73 and 56 %, respectively, for COD, TOC, TN and TP in a 1/5 environment at dynamic conditions, while the lowest removal efficiencies were found to be 48, 33, 31 and 45 as static 1/1. It was found in the environment. According to the results of the study, it was observed that P. Chrysosporium white rot fungus performed an effective bioremediation efficiency on synthetic domestic wastewater in a reasonable period of 11 days and the final values obtained were in accordance with the limit values specified in the Urban Wastewater Treatment Regulation. In the light of these data, it was determined that P. chrysosporium white rot fungus is an effective fungus species in the biological treatment stages of urban wastewater.
