Özet (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to develop new solid phase extraction method for seperation of indium from the sample and its enrichment prior the analysis-to determine indium levels in various water samples by atomic spectrometric techniques. In SPE technique used for the separation and preconcentration procedures, 0,3 g nano B2O3/ZrO2 was used as solid phase support material (adsorbent). In enrichment process, optimum conditions for retention and recovery of indium on the adsorbent were determined for colon technique by investigating the effect of some parameters such as pH of the sample solution, type and concentration of eluting agents, flow rate of the sample solution and eluting agents. Determination of the optimal conditions the method limit of detection (LOD) 0,16 µg L-1 as was found. The accuracy, precision and validity of the technique were demonstrated by the utilization of known statistical methods. The adsorbend indium ions on nano B₂O₃/ZrO2 were eluted with 6 mL 1 mol L-1 HNO3 solution and their concentrations were determined by High Resolution Continuous Source Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (HR CS-FAAS). The optimum pH value for quantitative sorption of indium ions was found between 7,0 and 8,5. The enricment factor was found as 83,3 for 500 mL aqueous solution containing 10 µg indium ions. The developed method was successfully applied to some water samples for seperation of indium.
