Abstract (EN)

The study was conducted to examine the relationship between psychological well-being, hope and job satisfaction of teachers working with refugee students according to demographic variables. The sample group of the study was composed of teachers working with Syrian students in Toroslar District of Mersin Province. Personal information form, Psychological Well-Being Scale, Continuous Hope Scale and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale were used. The study was carried out with 247 teachers. Student T Test, One Way Anova and Correlation analysis were made in the study. According to the findings obtained in the study, there is a significant relationship between psychological well-being and gender, age, marital status, length of work, field of study in line with the undergraduate department graduated, and receiving in-service training on Syrian students. There is a significant relationship between hope and gender, age, working time and receiving in-service training on Syrian students. There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction, age, marital status, level of work, duration of work, field of study in line with the undergraduate department graduated and in-service training related to Syrian students. A high positive correlation was found between psychological well-being, hope and job satisfaction. There is a relationship of ,598 between psychological well-being and hope, ,752 between psychological well-being and job satisfaction, and ,538 between hope and job satisfaction. As a result, it is thought that psychological well-being, hope and job satisfaction are interrelated concepts.
