Liability of the insurer for carriage of goods by road within the scope of the general conditions of financial liability insurance against third parties in Turkey

In this study, responsibility of insurer is investigated for financial liability insurance of logistics firms to the third persons in domestic goods transport. Tranportation activities improves accordance with the development of trading. Logistics firms have been undertaken heavy riscs according to the soaring of goods values. Depending on this, logistics firms have made insurance to undertake themselves in guarantee for compansation claims of transportation activities. Our study involves domestic goods transport by road. In research, our aim is to evaluate requirements of ongoing subjects, and eliminating of problems in operation. In this research general conditions of financial liability insurance are examined according to the third persons.
