Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the electrical parameters of silicon monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar cells were investigated. For this, the current-voltage (I-V) measurements of solar cells were carriedout under dark and different light intensities. With the help of the obtained measurements, besides the electrical parameterssuch as ideality factor (n), saturation current (I0), barrierheight (B)and, the performance parameterssuch as short circuit current (Isc),open circuit voltage (Voc), power conversion efficiency (η), maximumpower (Pmaks.) and fill factor (FF) are also calculated for both solar cells. The seriesresistancevalues of devices were obtainedusing different methods. Theobtainedresultswerediscussedandcomparisonsweremadewitheachother.
