The concept of control in the scope of acquisitions realized in corporate groups

In this thesis, acquisitions realized in corporate groups (either within corporate groups or by the actors of corporate groups) have been examined in the context of the concept of control. In the first section, the "corporate group" concept has been examined along with its elements and is compared with similar concepts. Second chapter examines the specialties of acquisitions realized in corporate groups with its consequences within the frames of corporate law, competition law, and capital market law. Different aspects of the concept of control in corporate law, competition law, capital market law, banking law, and financial reporting standards are examined in the third chapter.
