Politics is a field that contains traditions, ideas, various sciences and political traditions. The issues that are generally discussed in politics are the issues of heads of state, the importance of justice, the gravity of cruelty, the obedience of the monarchy, compassion, merit and competence. In the works, it is possible to see the effects of Iran, Indian and Greek if necessary. Politics are works written to give advice to statesmen and administrators in order to provide the ideal state administration. The philosophers who have synthesized the Eastern and Western political traditions have adapted this synthesis to the Islamic laws. As a result of our work, the required qualifications of the managers have been specified and explained. Key features managers should have are: "fair, smart, soft-tempered, generous, preventing persecution." Based on these characteristics, the administrator can manage to establish and direct the ideal state drawn on politics. In our research, unlike articles and texts written in this area, we have dealt with the facts that state presidents should have and which are not suitable for them.
