Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the study is to determine classroom teachers' perceptions of organizational justice. In the research, the exploratory sequential pattern of the mixed method was used. According to this design, first quantitative data and then qualitative data were collected. The application part of the research was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, a questionnaire was applied to 287 classroom teachers. In the second stage of the study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 36 teachers. The Organizational Justice Scale developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and adapted into Turkish by Polat (2007) and the Teacher Interview Form developed by the researcher were used as data collection tools. Normality test, independent sample t test from parametric tests, one-way analysis of variance and Tukey test, one of the Post Hoc multiple comparison tests, were used in the analysis of the questionnaires. Content analysis was used in the analysis of the semi-structured interview form. In the analysis of qualitative data, arithmetic mean, percentage and frequencies were used. According to the results of the data obtained in the study, it was determined that the awards given to the teachers were distributed fairly, and the approach of the administrators to the teachers was generally positive. Some teachers stated that they wanted to leave the school because of the gender discrimination and unfair attitudes of the administrators.
