Investigation of in-class justice views of class teachers (Agri province)

The aim of this study is to examine the opinions of classroom teachers about the attitudes of classroom justice. The sample has included 51 volunteer classroom teachers and 7 volunteer classroom teachers working in the central district of Ağrı in the 2016-2017 academic year. Qualitative research methods and techniques were used in the study. Case studies and focus group interviews were used as data collection tools. Semi-Structured Interview Form was applied to 51 volunteer classroom teachers and focus group interviews were conducted with 7 volunteer classroom teachers, 58 classroom teachers in total. Semi-Structured Interview Form was applied to 51 volunteer classroom teachers and focus group interviews were conducted with 7 volunteer classroom teachers. It was seen that teachers explained the perspective of justice with concepts such as rights, equality and lack of privileges. It was seen that the teacher had the greatest role in the classroom in the field of justice, so s/he should pay attention to her/his behaviors, not forgetting that role models were taken. It has emerged that students who exhibit fair behavior should be rewarded with financial and moral rewards, and that students who do not exhibit a fair attitude can be punished in a way that does not harm their personality.
