Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the classroom management competencies of classroom teachers according to the opinions of teachers and students. Descriptive scan mode was used in this study. 2 questionnaires formed by Bayındır (2001) in order to be applied to both teachers and students, were applied to 155 4th grade teachers of the primary school, and 2627 4th grade students of the primary school in Doğubayazıt district of Ağrı province.Both questionnaires consist of two parts. There are personal information and independent questions in the first section, Dependent questions are in the second section. The resource groups were compared in terms of knowing and applying of the variables, such as age, gender, seniority, graduated school, marital status, education. The study consists of 5 sections. These are; introduction, literature review, methods, findings, discussion, conclusions and recommendations. In the statistical analysis of the data obtained, the conclusions determined as significant at p<0.05 level were revealed and evaluated with tables. The groups, not representing any significant difference weren't included in the study. According to the findings of the research, a significant difference was observed between the opinions of the teachers and the students in respect of the classroom management competencies of teachers. Some suggestions made in accordance with the findings of the research are as follows; know your students well, implement the rules fairly, become a good model as a teacher, do not ignore the needs and interests of your students, adjust physical variables of the class according to your students.
