Ahmed Zühdü Pasha, one of the late Ottoman ministers

In this study, the life of Ahmed Zühdü Pasha, one of the prominent figures of the late Ottoman Empire, is examined. The study is in the form of a biography, and all the duties performed by Pasha are elaborated in detail.The study consists of three main sections: Administrative Duties, the Period of Ministry of Finance, and the Period of Ministry of Education. In the first section, Zühdü Pasha's administrative duties, including governorships, foreign missions, and other official positions, are detailed. The second section focuses on Zühdü Pasha's main area of expertise, the Ministry of Finance, and examines the tasks he undertook and the reports he prepared during his time as Minister of Finance. The third section delves into Zühdü Pasha's period as Minister of Education and his activities during that time. Through this study, information about Ahmed Zühdü Pasha's life, duties, services, and personality has been revealed. It has been determined that Zühdü Pasha was a competent, knowledgeable, cultured, and capable statesman."
