Use of virtual museum in social studies and social studies teachers 'attitudes to use virtual museum of candidate

Main purpose of this study is to search for'attiudes of Social Science teacher trainers about the usage of virtual museums. At this study, 5 point likert scale, which has been improved by searcher and has 21 articles has been used. The study group is composed of students who studied at Aksaray University Department of Education Faculty Social Science Teaching in 2012-2013 educationally year. Totally 197 -from 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade- students attended to the study. Results has been reached by using SPSS 18.0(program). According to gained data, match-groups has been defined. Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis tests has been used for indepent goups. According to findings, teacher trainers think usage of virtual museums at social science classes will be beneficial. So, at universities, importance of virtual museums must be pointed out and studies about virtual museums ought to be started. On the other hand museum officials must pay attention on this subject to provide opportunity to people who are disable to visit those places, also they should provide proclamations for activities or exhibitions etc. Key Words: Social Science, virtual museum, Social Science teacher trainers, exhibition
