Abstract (EN)

Social media is the element that emerges as a communication-oriented result of the developments in internet and mobile technologies and can be seen almost as the center of the communication world today. Social media affects the stage of human life with its libertarian and democratic understanding. One of the effects of social media on human life is about shopping with consumer perspective. Although shopping via social media is a very new field, social media boutiques, which are positioned as shopping intermediaries, enable many entrepreneurs to reach their goals and allow consumers to choose among more alternatives that are much easier. The aim of this study is to analyze consumer attitudes towards social media boutiques. Within the scope of the related purpose, a survey was conducted with the participation of 450 consumers in Kırklareli province. As a result of the research; It has been found that the awareness level of consumers towards social media boutiques is high, and significant differences have been detected in consumers' perceptions within the scope of demographic, time spent in social media and shopping experience in social media variables for the dimensions obtained within the scope of the scale used in the research.
